We will process and dispatch your order within 24 hours (excluding weekend and public holiday).
Our customer service will email you a consignment number to track your delivery.
Change your mind? Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days of purchase - No Restocking Fee.
Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping but there are no other fees. A lot of other stores charge a restocking fee for returns, My Dog Supplies standard does not so you can shop with confidence. No Restocking fee!
The return product must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No refund will be given for damaged returns.
Exchanges - Customer will need to pay for return shipping and redelivery when you exchange your product. No Restocking fee! Product must be in the same new condition and undamaged.
